Great service in the shop, yard lads didn't want to know... 4 stood leaning on an flt..... Ignored us as it was just gone 5.....even though it closes at 5.30.....pretty poor customer relations ?

Very ignorant staff, they told me they dont sell roof tiles anymore, i couldnt believe it!
There are tons of tiles on their website.

The customer service has gone down hill recently and as a 12 Yr account holder in one week I was overcharged by £40 and a plumber in Scarborough managed to put 10 items on my account.
After ringing to complain and close my account I was told to wait as the manager would ring to speak to me....no call. They clearly are doing so well they don't need to hang on to valued customers.

I cannot believe that MKM Building Supplies received our Mac Donalds Lunch a short while ago, the order was delivered to them in error, the receipt clearly stated our Company name, they ate it and refused to remunerate us. Shocking, day light robbery. Wont put my foot into their store again.
