Food was ok, nice enough but not special. The atmosphere was nice, busy and bustling but not too loud. However service was very slow (as many reviews also say). We ended up finishing a bottle of wine before we even got our starters and was around 2.5hrs just waiting on food. A brief apology was given but seems to be the standard.

Superb freshly cooked meals, great choice on extensive menu, frirndly service, superb wine list. You can watch chefs rolling pizza dough and cooking meals! Little crowded and noisy but it was a Friday night. Parking outside limited.

Returned here with my partner and a couple of friends for an evening meal. As usual it was busy, but we has made a reservation, something I'd always recommend here. the food was of the usual high quality, service was friendly and polite. we all had two courses with wine and it came to a very reasonable cost. This remains our local go to Italian Restaurant.

Would say have Previously had a great experience at Bella Rosa. But recent visit very disappointing, main course.... Massively overpriced for what was served... No veg, advised when main course arrived veg extra... then too late..Good didn't even fill half the plate...

I have had many a steak and plenty in Italy itself having visited over 20 towns and cities there and this food was way up the list of the best I?ve eaten. Great vegetables and great peppercorn sauce too and really couldn?t fault the service in any way. The lemon cheesecake was melt in the mouth and the tiramisu ( which is what I always have at the first visit to any Italian as it?s the benchmark for me ) was light and airy and very tasty indeed

We had a surprise family 80th for my husband on Saturday June 7th 2025.
The staff were absolute stars. They worked with me to ensure that it would be a very special get together for a very special man..
Thankyou all so much especially Amy and Chris.
The food was absolutely first class and most of the 18 starters and mains were all different. Each meal looked great , was very hot and totally delicious. We had plenty of room at the table and they brought the cake in , sang happy birthday with us and brought in plates for us too.
We'll be back for my 80th but lots of visits before then . Thankyou all , we are very grateful for a perfect birthday meal .

the restaurant gets booked up very quickly not surprised as the food is out standing the service is great very friendly staff would definitely recommend thank you bella rose for a lovely evening
