Bought preowned rolex from them and a cartier last christmas that couldnt find anywhere else, service fantastic- as was the price. so went again this christmas and service was equally fantastic.

Having stupidly not read the instructions before using a jewellery cleaner my precious silver bracelet was ruined. A friend recommended I try Whittakers (as she'd had great service from them in the past) so I popped in to see if anything could be done. I was absolutely flabbergasted when, in less than 10 minutes, it had been polished and restored to it's former glory. In my eyes, the guy (I was too excited to get his name) worked a miracle. What was even more amazing was that he wouldn't accept anything for doing it! Brilliant customer service.While I was in the store I had a browse and they have some lovely jewellery ranging from inexpensive to very special so next time I need a gift, Whittakers will be top of my list.

My sister passed out outside of this shop. They were amazing, took us inside while waiting for ambulance, gave me water and sat me down while she was still unconscious. They couldn't have done any more for us.I would so appreciate them knowing how grateful we are.

Certainly to me it?s the Best place to find my dream diamonds sapphires and rubies ? They even sourced a gorgeous large emerald ring for me by my request. ?? There are many other semi precious stones too..... all high quality and affordable ? I am ?a bit? picky ?.... but I always went back maybe twice a year to get something l like... They are nice and HONEST people ... I buy gemstones only in this shop... I will be back again and again!
