Staff extremely rude, get drinks orders wrong then try to charge me for drinks poured incorrectly while shouting. Poor drink selection and over priced for spirits

Do not visit this place for food or coffee through the day time.
Inexperienced and rude staff clearly out of their depth when the small pub is full.
Empty plates scattered everywhere, sticky tables, cold coffee, long wait times for food.
Nicer places in yarm to visit. You'll pay a bit more but will have a much better experience.
Avoid.

Do not eat at this pub. Food is truly terrible and the service, some how, is even worse. Very long wait for food, which was disgusting when it eventually arrived. The food's poor quality is proven by the barely eaten breakfasts smeared across every table as you enter. Every surface is sticky, nothing is clean. Perhaps a good place to drink on an evening but avoid it like the plague if the redheaded barmaid is working as she will ruin your experience. And definitely do not go to Osbornes for food. Worst in Yarm by far.

Wine disgusting asked for a sauvignon blanc got something that had either gone off or cheap stuff. They wouldnt change or refund me! charged me again for another drink!! but they didnt throw it away...they left the wine on the back of the bar to sell on to the next person. Terrible service will not be going back. You have lost many customers through this for the sake if a gls wine. No Manager was in that night when asked to see them..very convenient on a saturday night

Very poor flexibility. I ordered a big breakfast, it came with toast, the toast had butter on it. I don't eat butter. I asked for this to be replaced with dry toast. The request was refused.
