I don?t usually do reviews but I had to post about my wedding florist - The flower arrangements were absolutely incredible, with all the guests complimenting how beautiful the venue looked. The staff were so lovely and attentive, helping me pick the perfect colours and flowers to suit my venue and theme. I couldn't have asked for a better florist and can?t recommend her enough. Thank you for making our special day an absolute dream come true.

I have always had very good service, staff always very friendly. Even if stuck as to what messages to put staff have always helped.I would definitely recommend Dianna for flowers. Also when my friend receives them , they last for ages. She always sends a photo to show what she received thankyou

Ordered flowers for my wife?s birthday and after only three days they are dry textured and wilting - I am extremely disappointed as others she received from other florists are still amazing as expected.

I wanted some flowers ? for a friends birthday so I decided to use Diana Kaye in Yarm excellent website with clear descriptions and photos and a wonderful selection of flowers to choose from I picked a beautiful bouquet and they were delivered fresh and on time couldn?t recommend this business enough and all the staff were very helpful

I ordered ( by phone ) a hatbox with a pink and white flower arrangement as a birthday gift for delivery to a friend in Yarm .The flowers were stunningly beautiful , perfectly presented .I had very specific delivery instructions which they went above and beyond !First company to actually locate my friend and they helped her place them in her flat. They were also so polite and kind to her.I have sent 3 bouquets of flowers a year for many years from other florists but these are the best she said she has ever had . I shall be ordering all my flowers from here now for my friends in Yarm .I live 250 miles away and wish they had a florist here too. No more online deliveries from big chains again . This florist is a wonderful business with a great balance of customer care and beautiful quality products and service .Thank you . Great to know businesses like this still exist .

Recently purchased flowers from Diana Kaye florists in gilling west for my gardener friend. The shop looks amazing and is very welcoming.
I was given superb advice and lots of different options. Was very impressed with the choice and the price was so reasonable for such quality bouquets.
My friend was delighted with her bouquet which was still blooming over 10 days later.
