Costa at yarm highstreet is the best Costa Cafe you can ever attend. The staff members are very friendly, you feel so welcome there, well taken care of, clean and such a wonderful atmosphere. They even remembered what your favorite drinks are. I've been to many Costa cafes and none have been as good as this one. Highly recommend! I love it there!

Always the most politest costa coffee venue I have ever been in, anywhere across the country. The staff run it like it is a locally owner outlet. They are always polite, go the extra mile and have regulars that maintain a good atmosphere.
Costa would do well to try and replicate what this outlet does as it adds the ?magic?

Used be great but now it's terrible.
the upstairs is barricaded off by junk to prevent use so they don't have to clean it.
No room to sit downstairs so we left.

When we arrived for coffee. It seemed like the staff were OTT when we arrived, but we put it down to youthfulness. However having ordered coffee we sat down to wait for it to be delivered to our table, and at that point we realised that it was chaos. The young men behind the counter were rude, and their attitude towards a wheel chair user they were serving was disgraceful, in their looks, their winks between themselves etc etc. We were appalled - it was a thoroughly uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
