“Today we visited Waterstones in Yarm . Thank you to Ellis who went out of his way to help us find books . He is ideal and such and such an asset to the bookshop . He came over to the children section and with just a little conversation knew exactly what we were looking for . Ideal person being so well read himself !! He then took time to give us a selection of lovely books , which were exactly what we were looking for . He also offered to look on line and order any that weren’t on the shelf . Actually introduced us to new authors we weren’t familiar with but suited us so well . And then when there was an issue with smoke coming from a light , he so calmly evacuated the shop . Fantastic member of staff !! Can’t praise him enough !!!!! Thank you and we will be back !!!!”
