The 5 of us had a lovely meal and a few drinks while staying in the area on holiday. Everything was cooked perfectly, presented well and tasted lovely! The service was also great, everyone was very polite and friendly, and the prices were really good considering the amount of food we got! Would definitely recommend to others and would return.

We decided to try the £11 Monday Italian deal. The food was decent especially for the price. 90% of the staff where polite.... However there is always one isn't there... The blond lass possibly the supervisor she was childish, abrupt and rude. Not something you'd expect from a member of your staff serving food in a restaurant due to us moving a chair around the table. I hadn't finished my meal and when I came back to the table she'd pushed the chair around the other side. So I moved it back. I could have understood if it was busy but there was nobody else sitting around us. She even grabbed two other chairs and flung them to another table for absolutely no reason other than to make some sort of pathetic statement..For that reason I will not spend any more money in your restaurant or the fact you don't advertise drink prices on your menu's.

We arrived in the late afternoon with 2 dogs, and were welcomed inside where we had a choice of tables. The food was cooked fresh and there was plenty on the plates. Staff were polite and knowledgeable of the menu. The whole place was clean and the tables were cleaned once the group had all finished eating.

Went there for lunch yesterday great value for money, the food is superb and you get lots of it, best chips in co Durham and can definitely recommend the sticky pork belly bites.
It's great value for money as well and the staff can't do enough

Had a surprise 60th get together with family, food was ok my steak wasn't cooked properly but it was replaced with a full new meal and was much better, everyone else enjoyed there food but it was nothing special, staff were all friendly and we had a good night!
