Can?t praise this salon enough! The team always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I get a cut and colour from Sophie and I can honestly say this is the best salon I have been to, the colour was amazing and my hair felt so healthy afterwards. Would give 1 star if I could. My first impressions were very good but then that soon changed. My hair was awful asked for a blunt bob which was left uneven with a mullet at the back when raised with the hairdresser she had to be guided by another member of staff how to rectify it and it still wasn?t straight! Asked for ashy clean hair was left with almost grey hair! She didn?t even use a brush to do my blow dry! Was then highly insulted when I was accused of making photos look bad that I sent in when I complained and are now do not have the courtesy to answer my emails !
