Having visited a number of aquatic shops in the durham area on the same day this was the first place i felt welcome and not rushed or as if i was wasting time. I have since been back twice and got the same level of sound advice, i also had a bit of an issue with cloudy water and again instead of trying to sell me products or testing kits that i didn't need i just got advice on what to try first. I will always return to this store and its well worth the hour and a half round trip for the level of service in there. Would highly recommend anyone to visit.”
