I went into branch for first time in several months. It has had a refit which has made the branch seem bigger. Also the help desk has been brought to the front rather than right at the back. Today, Josh was on duty. A very helpful, pleasant young man. A very good ambassador.

Was happy going here in the past but until I was served by Sandra in September 25 , the bank clerk advisor , very rude , abrupt , talks down to your , she shouldn?t be in the job , I made a complaint about her and put my own review on Facebook to friends and family about her and I?m not the only one who she talks too like crap ! Even got screenshots of peoples views about her . Should learn some decorum.

Staff dress like they work at a skate park, why Virgin insist on this dress code is beyond me. The last person I spoke with gave me all the wrong advice and so I?m three weeks into try to add another account to my banking app.

Staff are unhelpful and abrupt I've been in a few times to open a new account to be told they are too busy or once "do it at home as your just wasting time for us here "I was so annoyed terrible service

Wouldnt bother using this branch telling me to go another bank cus they have technical difficiltiies and i have raynauds i shown him my hands and he said walk to another bank wht do banks open if there counters arnt open there staff are rude and horrible especially the young guy

Telephoned for an appointment for my elderly mother, told cannot make an appointment without going through security with the customer in person, but can just go into branch without appointment to do transactions required!! What's going on !!

They arranged an appointment with my elderly parent to go in. When they arrived were told, sorry I got it wrong, Im finished now and going home. That was there 2nd attempt as they didnt have the right ID on the first visit. They are in there 80s and it was very hard for them to get there. Appalling service. I had to give 1 star to be able to do this post, they dont deserve even one star.
