Could not get any help I have been on my phone and the internet since before 1 o'clock trying to find out what has happened to my cheque book I ordered over a week ago.

I went into branch for first time in several months. It has had a refit which has made the branch seem bigger. Also the help desk has been brought to the front rather than right at the back. Today, Josh was on duty. A very helpful, pleasant young man. A very good ambassador.

Was happy going here in the past but until I was served by Sandra in September 25 , the bank clerk advisor , very rude , abrupt , talks down to your , she shouldn’t be in the job , I made a complaint about her and put my own review on Facebook to friends and family about her and I’m not the only one who she talks too... read full comment
