Kelly was honestly amazing. Spent her time getting us the right holiday for an amazing price too. She was so knowledgeable and even recommended excursion for us to try. Booked everything from parking at the airport, insurance, day trips, hotel, flights, transfers so we don?t have to worry about anything just enjoy ourselves while we are away. She was also amazing with our one year old made booking very easy and not stressful at all. Thank you so much!

Called in at the shop as had problems online, lady on reception said all agents were booked but managed to squeeze us in before next booking arrived with Sophie G, very grateful thank you.
Sophie was very happy to help out with booking our family holiday, she was very helpful and professional the holiday was booked very quickly and even had time for a holiday insurance quote.
Would definitely use the store again, even though it was busy and the agents were all booked they managed to squeeze us in which was fantastic service.

Went to book a holiday but we where unsure of where would fit our needs Niamhpointed us in the direction of the Adrian Hotels Jardines de Navaria. I can honestly say she knew exactly what she was talking about it suited us to the ground we had a fantastic time and every element we presented to her that we would like she managed to cover. Recommend going to TUI rather than booking on line, their knowledge and experience is second to none. Thank you again Niamh

Sophie Hussain has just booked Tees Valley Gymnastics a trip to an event in Gran Canaria at the end of the year. It was huge booking for 35 people and she could not have made it an easier.
