The staff are Great and the petrol station is always cleanGreat service off all the staffShell should be proud of the staff .The only bad thing is price of fuel so could shell please drop the prices

There attitude is quite horrible I went in the other day whilst serving me I noticed no please or thank you they just throw your Change at you they are migrants from shirilanka definitely the rudest and most miserable staff I have seen if they are to integrate into British society they definitely need to learn basic manners and work on there customer service skill?s because customer service should be an Important aspect of any business maybe the staff should do a level 1 and 2 in customer service skills and learn haw to interact and be nice to the customers and don?t think your staffs behaviour is not being noticed maybe others don?t speak out and just choose to ignore them but I am an example of a customer who is expressing my concerns

Girl behind the counters attitude was rotten. Asked if they had any disposable masks that I could use and got a load of attitude saying its not their responsibility to provide one. I'm aware of that and only asked as I'd forgotten mine. Attitude is absolutely rotten.

Of could choose 0 stars I would , Just been told can?t park at the air or water machine unless you are using it need change tough move !! , I spend over £600 per month on fuel there well you have just lost it worst customer service ever ! Gone down hill since new staff and new owners ! Stay clear been short changed a couple of times and when you challenge get told you will have to wait 2-3 days take your number never call !

Stopped here for a takeout Costa coffee. Small, well stocked shop, selling all the essentials and friendly staff. They sell fuel and they gave a car wash.

Very untidy shell station car wash never open rubbish on forecourt and wash brushes had tabends in ..not great place needs a good tidy staff not that friendly either..

what a joke this place is like the harrods of thornaby nearly 2 pound for a small bottle of coke 500ml when its £1.50 for a 2L pepsi max cherry at one stop what a bloody rip off won't come back ever again BELEAVE THAT
