Prices even with the loyalty card seemed expensive.

Ordered from deiveroo- wanted to make some changes as they have me silly substitutes that I didn?t need. The number they have with deliveroo takes it to the number listed here for changes. When you select option 2 you get asked to contact a different number on customer support. When you call that number they say they can?t make changes and ask you to contact either deliveroo or the number listed here - both send you down rabbit holes- so bloody stupid of Morrisons to get the basics wrong. This is what happens when managerial decisions are made not taking into account the ground reality of customer experience. Really careless and frankly absurd. Hope they sort it out soon.

Bought bread buns yesterday, 18th July. Got them home and they were mouldy, checked the date and it was the 16th July! Rang Morrisons and they said just take them back and exchange them. Told them they need to contact Teesside park store to make sure they take the rest of the out of date buns off the shelf! Go in today to swap the buns, left the mouldy ones with customer services, grabbed another pack (all now dated 23th July) and went back to exchange. Stood waiting whilst they are serving the fags/lottery side. Waited, waited, was then told there is only one queue. Would have been nice to have been told that at the start or if they had anything about them, they could have served me before the other people started adding to the queue. Walked out in the end. Afterthought? wonder if they get in touch to thank me for saving them a fine from selling mouldy food past its best before!!

I visited the store tonight at 6 pm. With a problem with some indigestion tablets I had bought. ( Part of the packet was missing )
The lady on the front desk was very helpful and polite. The lovely young, duty manager who authorised the exchange was just as professional too. No hassle, problem solved very quickly. In a courteous manner.
Very nice experience to have dealt with lovely staff.
It was also good to see the security doing their job correctly. I got stopped when the alarm was triggered. But they are just as professional. Nice well-run store.

It?s always nice to recognise great service, and when I was in your store over the weekend doing our weekly shop I was struggling to find a particular item. I asked a member of staff for help and she was brilliant and very polite. She helped find the item I needed. A real credit to your store. I think her name was Grace.

Picked up sausages this evening and at check out it wasn?t reduced then I asked for assistance She looked at it, expiry date was 5th of June.. past date, then she said do you want grab other one, I can?t sell you this, well I found more one from September 2024 and March this year. That?s insane!!!!

Friendly staff and generally a little bit cheaper than other petrol stations in the area.
They lose a star because there is no option to pay at the pump nor to pre-set a purchase amount at the pump.

Regrettably this once fine store has been in decline since it was taken over by a US private equity company ( CD&R). Very limited hygiene standards on the cooked meat counter with people handling food with bare hands. Wildly fluctuating prices with constantly empty shelves. Poorly stocked.

Most of cabbages should not be on shelves, we'll past their best. No Scweppes slimline tonic only few bottles regular. Visited Friday , wanted fruit, hardly any on shelves. Deli counter good though not as good as it used to be before changes. Same as Fish counter.
