The staff who worked 14/07 forgot part of our order and the sauces we paid for (so the rest of our meals were dry). Would rather use another branch with competent people. Do not go here.

We were there with my son on Tuesday. Despite it being a weekday, there were a lot of visitors. We easily found free seats and quickly received our order.

Ordered food whilst sat in store via the app. Location said I'm in teeside park store. After waiting for food went to check were it was. The food went to Thirsk store. Went to talk to the hippo off a manager, got no help. So left with no help, no food and £28 down. Never going back to mcdonalds again.

Pretty standard, very consistent on how rubbish their Toffee Latte is. Every other Maccies I?ve been too adds the cream and the toffee on top like the product photo, but this specific location/staff seem to struggle with adding any of it. Paying an extra charge for a normal regular latte with a slight indent on ?Toffee? on the lid and this has been the case the last 3-4 weeks i?ve been.

Ordered 20 mins before the restaurant closed on deliveroo then spent almost two hours waiting for the order to be cancelled as the restaurant was shut but had accepted my order
