We went into the branch 3 weeks ago needing to send our current pram in for repair and possibly look at buying a new one. The staff were amazingly helpful. We went back on Saturday to collect the pram which had been in for repair and purchase one which had been reserved for us. Highly recommend the store and their staff.

We had such a great experience at Mamas & Papas in Teesside Park. A lovely staff member, Sarah, went above and beyond to help us. She was so knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Thanks to her guidance, we chose the Ocarro V2 pram and couldn?t be happier with it. Sarah made the experience really personal and enjoyable ? we left feeling confident and excited about our purchase. Highly recommend!

We visited the store today and we were helped by Olivia. It was our first time ever shopping for anything baby so we felt totally clueless and to be honest a bit overwhelmed. Olivia was fantastic - her extensive product knowledge and her friendly way of explaining it all, was much appreciated. She spent a long time with us covering all questions and queries. She could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service.

Went with my partner last weekend to look at getting a pram staff extremely unhelpful and not bothered about customers. Looked at a few prams but the staff seemed more bothered about taking about what they did at the weekend rather than helping us. When asked a question about the pram I was looking to buy non of them seemed to know the answer nor did they care. I won?t be coming back to this store any time soon perhaps mamas and papas should try employ staff that actually want to be there and give them proper training on the products they will be selling very unprofessional

We had a horrible experience at mamas and papas in Teeside park last week. As soon as the staff saw us they tried everything possible to ignore giving us any support and tried their best to ensure they let us know they didn?t want us shopping or even didn?t care if got what we needed. We travelled so far to get here for them to treat us this way it was awful. Even To the point they were acting like they just wanted us to go , I?ve been to a mamas and papas in birstall Leeds and the staff were so nice that I expected to be treated the same but at Teeside park they just have a clique of staff that make you feel like you shouldn?t be there.

I went to the Teesside park store today and was served by Sharon W, I was looking for a gift for a baby shower, Sharon helped me pick it, service was great, really friendly, I would definitely recommend to friends and family to shop there.
