I was unfortunately had to deal with a puncture today and also was going on holiday nothing was 2 much trouble for the manager he went above and beyond to get me away in less time than anticipated and got me a new tyre from another branch when rental company was been difficult would highly recommend and enjoy your beers

I had a front tyre blow out during a weekend visiting the Stockton area and need a tyre fitting and the wheel checking to get me home to Stockport. I want to thank Mark and Hayden for getting me me back on the road and the space saver back in the boot! Took about half an hour and the guys dealt with my problem immediately and professionally despite having no IT to do the billing on the day. 10/10 guys. Customer service at its best!

Exceptional service. Needed a new battery so phoned the branch. Told me to come straight down. Back on the road 10 mins after arriving. Kept my business going so didn?t let anyone down. Very police staff and went out of the way to help me. Highly recommend

Called to sort a tyre and was offered an appointment. Explained was on way to Lakes so the kind gentleman said he would fit us in asap to help us out. (Tall guy with glasses - unfortunately didn?t get his name). Anyways, the service was fantastic, very friendly and professional and we got two new tyres sorted within half an hour of arriving. Very helpful. Couldn?t recommend more.

Mark Precious the manager at Thornaby is fast and efficient, aswell as his his team member Sean Watkins, they make your time there surprisingly enjoyable. Highly Recommend a visit to this centre.
