The staff were not driven friendly. They need to be trained how to behave towards foreigners.

Every time we're visiting Teesside Park we pop in here for a Hot Chocolate and it's always amazing. The piece isn't too bad but the hot chocolates are next level.

Love the little cafe. 20% off if you have a free members card. Great selection of luxurious drinks and ice cream. Had a mango and raspberry sundae and it was delicious

I love this place! Megan served us and she was such a super barista, no problems with special requests giving the best customer service possible. What an asset to the team. Simply class, what a welcoming staff member to greet you when you're needing a good coffee to kick off the day! The café itself is located at the rear of the Hotel Chocolat outlet itself, a hidden gem of a spot for quick caffeine fixes and super chocolate snacks and sweet treats too! I love to visit as the vibe is chilled with coffee shop music piped through and the price of the coffee is very good even before considering you get a 20% discount being a VIP.ME member. I just can't leave without bagging myself some special chocolate treats too, so beware (!) your calorie content for the day might be a bit higher after visiting ?????Parking: Loads of parking at T-Park!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for the kids, just careful because there's a LOT of sweet treats to be tempted with ?
