The team working here is dedicated to ensuring customers have the best service. In particular, a member of staff worked very hard to investigate, identify, and arrange a resolution to a fault on a sim that has been an issue for months (others couldn?t sort it). They do extremely well providing that extra support needed for customers. Fantastic and will definitely be recommending this EE shop.

Absolutely brilliant service. Found me a better deal than the web site, got my new phone straight away. The staff were busy so I had to wait, but they were so helpful and on the ball it was absolutely worth the wait.

Shocking customer service.In over a decade of being an EE customer, having dealt with stores across the country, I have never had a more disappointing experience.The other week I came in to ask about my upgrade options. I was greeted by Amy and explained that I had looked online. When I asked if she could see what my options were in store, she refused, saying it would be the same as the online offers. While I have never experienced such a lack of desire to be of assistance from EE staff before, what really shocked me was her attitude. Her expression, a disgruntled sneer, suggested I was being a nuisance, and her answers were brief and dismissive, mostly "no" and "just look online".I put it down to a bad day and was able to get courteous and effective support by calling EE.Today, when I came in to see if I could have a look at an example of a handset I am considering, I was told they didn't have them in, by Amy once again. When I asked if they knew when they might get them in, I was again told "no". Her tone and attitude were exactly the same as before, making me feel like an idiot for asking, so, to avoid frustration I asked if I could speak to another colleague. A gentleman, outraged by this, when asked the same question said he also didn't know, adding "as Amy just told you".My experiences with the staff in this store have felt condescending and dismissive on both occasions. This has not been my experience in any other branch in the country, where staff have been eager to help, have explained things to me clearly, and shown care and consideration towards my enquiries.I am deeply disappointed and will travel further afield to other branches in future.

My existing phone over heated suddenly and stopped working. Went to EE shop two days for advice/options and got a new contract phone. Excellent advice and service.

Wanted to sort out my mobile plan as it was coming to an end, but the Rep' was only interested in signing me up to BT broadband. We got the mobile plan sorted eventually.

These people don't have the co ordination with their customer service and employees in the store both of them say two different aspects which will not be matching with one another and waste the time of customer and expect the customer to be calm and soft to them and should not be frustrated even if we have to go to them for 2,3 days leaving our job.

It's only a small shop. I was picking up a new phone and thought the lad would help me to set it up and swap my details over. No chance, just gave me the boxed phone and sent me on my way. It wasn't difficult to set the new phone up but I thought he might've offered.
