There are constant problems at this Costa. The hot chocolate is always lukewarm. Some drinks overflowing (not mopped up just left on tray) while others 2/3 full with 1/3 cream. They never put chocolate powder on the drinks. Poor hygiene observed each time with dirty surfaces, dirty cloths, milks and cream left out of fridge, and cross-contamination of non-dairy drinks. The toastie didn't come, they had to get another one from the fridge and try again, presume it went to someone else. Staff don't seem to care. Try Catterick Costa, it's 5/5.

Not a bad place to go too for a drink of tea or coffee and tea and the sandwiches you get can be hot or cold depending on your preference

Listed as open. Drive 15 minutes there and it's closed undergoing renovation.Multimillion pound company and they can't be bothered to update store opening hours. Says it all really.
