Excellent service. I was called 10 minutes before my appointment time. Very pleasant and clearly knowledgeable Doctor. Regarding previous visits, I have always found Receptionists, Doctors and Nursing staff to be very welcoming and thoroughly professional.

I have always received excellent care from the surgery having being registered since birth. I always feel listened to and supported and have been consulted with in a professional and courteous manner. Today I have seen 3 medical professionals, reception staff and pharmacy staff and all have done their best in an extremely busy environment to meet my needs.

I?m really happy with the service I receive at my GP surgery. Always easy to get an appointment, they couldn?t have been more helpful recently.

I received an excellent service from this practice today, the receptionist, Dr Garg and the pharmacy were first class.

From the reception staff to the three doctors I've seen here, everyone has been extremely helpful. Even when faced with difficult patients, I've seen the staff handle the situation with grace. My current doctor here is the best I've ever had, I'd give him 6 out of 5 if I could. For those having trouble getting an appointment or getting through on the phone, all surgeries I've ever been registered with suffer the same issue. Our NHS needs more funding, not more cuts.

I have severe depression and bouts of suicidal thoughts. I have used this practice my whole life. I cannot in wholeheartedness recommend it to anyone. Last December I told a woman at the desk I was going to kill myself and she sighed at me before telling me she was going to go get a form for me to read. Last month I was due my regular checkup about my medications but they forgot to ring me and to top up my prescription, leading to me having to incessantly chase them up while going without medication necessary to my well-being. Today I went to go pick up my prescription and they had forgotten to put it through. I rang up this practice and they assured me the prescription would be ready by 5pm. Upon my return at 20 to 6 to the pharmacy they still hadn?t put the prescription through, leaving me once again without my medication. These are just 3 of countless incidents. Please do not join this centre if you value being listened to, attended to and/or treated with the remotest modicum of respect or sympathy.

We have been very disappointed about the service we have received. Couldn't see a doctor or nurse, no appointments available, so it was decided to enter into an e consultation. Unfortunately no one got back to us. After spending a long time on the phone the next day trying to contact the centre we were told that a prescription was at the pharmacy ready to pick up. Why did they not contact us to tell us this? They have my telephone numbers and email details.I consider this to be very poor care from the medical centre and urge them to do better.

The only problem I've had is being able to get an appointment with my own doctor. I've had illnesses and problems which I would of liked to have seen my own doctor about but I suppose when you're ill any doctor or nurse will do if it puts you on the pathway to better health. I've never had a problem with the receptionists and find them to be polite and reassuring, especially the young male receptionist.

The practice itself is fine. the reception on the other hand is absolutely disgusting ,the attitude and the way they speak to patients is appalling. I think they need to teach the receptionists some manners or hire some new employees .

Had a leg problem rang surgery 8.30am was 18th in the queue but by 8.50am had an appointment with a Doctor for later in the morning. Seen by a Junior Doctor and later a senior colleague. Thorough examinations Immediate blood tests and a further appointment made for an unrelated issue. Referrals made to relevant specialities. Thank you Woodlands that's GP practice at it's finest

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. This has got to be the worst surgery I've been registered with and I've lived in several places across the country. The doctors are fine and the majority of the staff are helpful but Jill is horrendous. She's never been of any use in my experience. I rang today and spoke to Ali because I thought I had a chest infection. I'd taken a test on Tuesday and Wednesday because the symptoms I've experiencing are similar to those of covid. I was told to take another test and if it was negative to ring back and I'd get a phone appointment. I explained I was picking my daughter up from school but would do it as soon as I got home, which I did without delay. The test came back negative so I rang the surgery again and horror of horrors I got Jill. This is the same woman who refused my baby an appointment until I told her I was coming in and was going to wait. She did a similar thing with my daughter when she was young too. I explained the situation, that I was told to take a test and ring back if negative. All I kept getting from her was that there wasn't any appointments left today even though I'd done exactly what I'd been asked to do. She is the stereotypical unhelpful doctors receptionist. I would never speak so badly about anyone like this usually but she's done this one time too many now and I'm still seething an hour after the call. Needless to say I will be registering my whole family with a different practice as soon as possible !

I'm starting a formal letter of concern, then a letter of complaint against my surgery doctor via the Practice Manager at Woodlands Family Medical Centre.Having seen a practice nurse four times. I was never seen by my surgery doctor. I believe in the chain of command and that my doctor is ultimately to blame.I believe there has been a lack of communication between the practice nurse and my doctor.Because of this I'm suffering body dysmorphia along with the prospect of a more complex operation and a worse medical recovery for the rest of my life.
