No wonder stores are struggling, the Parking fines at Teesside park will force me to use different WH Smith stores in the future or just order online. Despite spending £80 in an afternoon I still received £100 invoice for staying longer than 4 hours. Teeside Park and British Land will not reply to my request to cancel.... read full comment

Would of give it zero stars if I was aloud, shop is never open at 9am always 10 to 15 minutes after opening time, I always used to go in for morning paper but Senior Member of staff is rude and has attitude problems & she is never helpful.
