Had to take my Civic Type-R due to a weird issue with the oil light indicator. Very thorough health check provided of my vehicle - with videos - and clear description of issues. Helpful team who provided updates regularly too.Of course, none of this matters if the garage tries rinsing you for parts and labour. I'm happy to report, at least for my vehicle, that the pricing was very reasonable. The staff were also able to source parts quickly (in my case, electrical sensors) - this meant I didn't have to go back at a later date.Finally, a free car wash and vacuum is always a massive plus!

this is the second time i have bought a honda from them. both times i was very happy with their sales knowledge and experience. this time i had difficulty with deciding on which used car i wanted but Matthew was patient with me and letting me decide in my own time. Which i appreciated as i don't like pushy sales people ( i have been known to walk out of a shop if that happens). i would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The car was ready on the day and time we agreed on. Booked a test ride a week in advance, arrived at garage, bike was in showroom jammed in with other bikes, waited 20 minutes while they moved bikes out, then to find the bike I was test riding Bennelli TRK502X battery was flat, then took another 20 minutes trying to get it started, in which they didn't succeed,then told to wait while they charged it.. Very poor customer service, manager said call back this afternoon should be fixed!!... Truly the worst experience I've encountered in 30 years.. I then went to Teasdale motorcycles at Thirsk to test ride a BMW GS fantastic service from the word go and purchased the bike.Vertu Honda have never been in touch to this day. . . Certainly says a lot of there customer service.
