The staff are usually very nice and friendly.
Came across a very rude woman today who was not only rude but didn't know what she was talking about. I told her colleague and she got all defensive rather than address the complaint.
The lady with the glasses is usually okay and all the lads have always been very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They are a credit to themselves and to the company. Adam, Rachel and Lewis supplied me with a tool to remove the blade from my angle grinder and gave me advice and help to remove it. I am very grateful for their help and I will be shopping here again.

Wont be using this place anymore, Used this place many times, with good front counter staff and choice, but my daughter recently went for an interview, after going to preperation effort and getting there she was told she would hear by end of play the following Monday only to be totally ignored, If thats how you treat people then god knows how bad it is to work for a so called management team like that, its pathetic and ignorant and you shouldn't be able to call yourself a manager, or maybe your not and are just a stand in, and rightly so?
