Been there for few times. They are the bestest. So friendly and polite. More importantly so helpful and useful staffs.I moved to London couple of years ago but whenever I have something to do regarding my phone, sim card or my tablet, I go to stockton to visit my parents and go to this branch of 3 and do my stuff.

Store staff are useless and they have no authority or power to solve any customer issues, if you come to the store to get help they will direct you to contact the online web chat team and this happened to me twice.
