What a waste of time ordered a mirror online to find it damaged no packaging in sight shop assistant went looking for another in the shop to bring it to the till then to say there was 3 on the shelf and brought one to the till to then say this was the best out of the 3 and that one was damaged also so why are these on the shop floor not in the bin and to top it off they said it will take 14 days to get a refund back in the bank

A brilliant shop.
Much bigger than a lot of their stores and all on one level so no lifts or stairs to use.
The staff are helpful and the cafe is easily accessible as are the toilets

Went in today looking for a few things, namely sketch pads, wall posters suitable for a young child. Assistant was clearly coming to the end of her shift, she actually said I don't know if we stock the items. Found sketch pads, cheapest £11 -. I would have liked to browse around the store to buy stuff but her couldn't care less attitude put me right off. Noticed it's gone down hill
