Hi everyone I only had a quick pint today outside no food although I have had food there before and we all know what that?s about.
I do like the location as it used to the 3 cooks for those of you who can remember.
I would recommend as it is cheap and cheerful.

It's a Weatherspoons. Cheap beer and food. Plenty of tables. Nice building. Not a lot more you can say really. Good value and you know what your getting.

Quiet place to have a good meal. Food is great, staff are friendly
Parking: Parking is not right next to the building but is close by
Wheelchair accessibility: All one level, easy wheelchair access.

Server would not allow swaps on breakfast menu. Reluctant to call manager. Manager also refused swaps saying this had been stopped by head office. When told other pubs were still allowing it he said it was due to price difference between swap items. When pointed out that they were same price ( poached and fried eggs) he resorted to Head Office instruction. I subsequently checked with Head Office customer service who said they had not issued any such instruction. Swaps were at managers discretion. THE GUY WAS SIMPLY LYING

All good value for money

Ordered main meal which took about 30min. To arrive. Then we ordered dessert it was only two dessert by 35 min I asked the girl at the bar why the dessert was taking so long and our table had not been cleared she followed me back to the table and cleared saying sorry she was slow at it as she was only bar staff. 15 min later our dessert still hadn't arrived so I asked to see a manger who took another 10 min returned with a refund for the dessert but it still took another 10 before the dessert was served. In all we were there over 2hours for what should have only been at most an hour. Throughout we never got an apology. Atrocious service.
