It was the worst Xmas meal in 6 years and it was the last, it cost £50 each and all of us said the staters was the best but the main was absolutely dreadful. We got steak and chips that was it no salad no onion rings nothing but steak and awful chips i complained about salad and I got one they made earlier and it was frozen with avocado on it I also complained about onion rings and they give us a bowl the last time ever

Had a very good meal and experience on Friday with my wife and I. Food was very tasty cooked to perfection appertisers and mains. Love the jack Daniels sauce as that's why we go there. Had a burger and ribs for our mains both very good and ate it all. The service was excellent, helpful, polite and prompt with our food. My compliments to the cook. Every time we've been to the teesside park restaurant the food has excellent, been to other TGI's and have to say this is the best. Will go back again and again. Keep up the good work.

Our server Megan was lovely and friendly and even refilled our drinks without us asking. She couldn?t do enough for us and as regulars it?s the best service we?ve had here in a long time!

Expensive, bad service , portions have drastic got smaller, for the price we went to a great steak place in nuny for the same price .go figure

The food was delicious as expected and the waiting time was normal. The atmosphere was relaxing and also the decoration was nice ans felt comfy.
The service was fast and the staff helped us in whatever we needed.
It's a top destination and worh the visit for a quality meal.

Food burnt and the price now is ridiculous nearly 20.00 for a burger that was burnt service utter rubbish nearly 100 for 3 people won't be coming back just vile food.

Very disappointed when we went for a family meal out, was served potato skins with bacon on ( I?m vegetarian and allergic) luckily I hadn?t eaten any, when I asked if it was vegan bacon waiter said yes! Luckily husband said quickly that?s bacon and I had actually ordered a different starter.
Then ordered vegan burger and it was completely burnt , no one asked if there was an issue and a reason I hadn?t eaten it , they just served the £100 bill!!! Won?t be back.

After many years of being very satisfied and looking forward to family meals here the quality of service and food has just dropped too far.
Visited on Friday evening, we were seated straightaway, restaurant was maybe half full at the most, we then waiting 30mins to order drinks and food at which point our server made the excuse of being very busy.
We then waited another 20 minutes to receive drinks, 3 cokes, caprisun and a water, during this wait another server asked if we had ordered drinks.
15-20mins later food started arriving, for the inflated prices serving sizes weren?t really up to scratch, same sizer meal was £5 cheaper 6 months ago!
Food was fine, lacking much real flavour and parts over cooked or being sitting under heat lamp for too long.
Very disappointing after many years of enjoying meals here the flavour, service, atmosphere and general appeal has all but gone

We came for a meal at this restaurant and weren?t very happy with some of the service we received. Firstly the server didn?t seem happy at all to serve us. As well as this one of our party members asked for a drink and the waiter didn?t bring it. Finally when we finally got the bill the server left us to sort splitting it between us. When she came back she tried to over charge one of us and was adamant that we owed more money than we did. We even calculated the total multiple times and it was correct each time. The manager eventually came over and let us pay what was originally owed and was really helpful.

Tables left dirty for an hour whilst we dined, service slow and almost non existent. Food mediocre.
