The customer service in this store is nothing short of exceptional. I had a problem with a whoosh delivery, rang the store got to speak to lovely polite staff who went above and beyond to sort out my problem.
On a busy Sunday afternoon nice to know customer service is an absolute priority.

When out at 10 pm to go get some tobacco and it was closed could have at least updated the times online so people Know it?s closed wouldn?t have had to go out in the freezing cold otherwise

Staff always pleasant and helpful. I couldn't find something so I asked at the checkout in case I had just missed it (semi-skimmed UHT milk), and the nice lady went all the way to get exactly what I needed) 10/10 excellent customer service.

The five stars are for the lovely staff...they are so helpful, and go out of their way to help if I ring up to check if a product is in store. They are very friendly, as are the security guards.
