I went to go and collect an online prescription from the pharmacy, the tesco staff were friendly but the actual pharmacist was extremely rude, said she didn?t know how to process this sort of online prescription, turned her back and walked away! No apology or nothing.

Absolutely shocking. Never have prescription ready, never have items in stock . Never answer the phone and staff hide when you are at the counter.My doctor rang them about my prescription for 2 days solid and they didn't pick up the phoneThis is supposed to serve the community but they are a dreadful serviceI have changed to a new pharmacy and now have no problems with anything and the staff are amazingDon't know where they get the staff from in Tesco but need training on customer service and how to do a prescription

Every month my prescription is mixed up in some way. After ordering online via my gp surgery on Nov 16 my prescription was ready to collect on Nov 19th. It wasn't 7 items are missing including important high blood pressure and chronic pancreatic exocrine meds i now have no choice but to go on holiday without my medication. This is dangerous and is absolutely disgusting

Absolutely terrible. Since the male pharmacist left who was great, prescriptions are either late, wrong or handed to other people! Pharmacist also seems like she can?t be bothered and is very unhelpful if you have any questions.

Pharmacy now opens at 10am used to be 6.30am. Did shopping kiosk for lottery petrol all loyal to tesco and had to go home waiting for it to open. Unpacked shopping had breakfast finally 10am went there and huge queues. Alarm would not turn off then the pharmacists had not shown up. Had to leave at 10.30 after waiting for appointment in billingham at 11am. So after all that never got Mt prescription.Had to cut my visit to parents short and go to tesco Pharmacy. What a drama because they changed opening times. Hacked off loyal customer

Ignorant staff and incorrect signage.Advice on using this Tesco Pharmacy,On approaching the till you will find a sign saying "queue at other end" with a helpful arrow. Approaching the second till as indicated you will find a sign saying "queue for pharmacy here".DO NOT DO THIS!If you follow the signage then the two staff members will look at you but otherwise completely ignore your existence. Even if you wait several minutes.Anyone disregarding the posted signs will be immediately acknowledged and served so this approach to using this pharmacy is considered best practice.I am unaware of the reasoning behind this illogical system but my best guess would be that it creates entertainment for the staff on a long day.

Absolutely wonderful customer/patient service. Called to chase a prescription and even though it wasn't there they offered to call the pharmacy it was at to chase it.
