Unable to dispense my antibiotics due only having 1 member of staff so having to wait another day without.

Had to give one star . Would rather give none . Pharmacist very rude . I could not purchase any antibiotics and was told to go to GP ( it is Saturday !) or the walk in at hospital . My symptoms were acceptable to receive antibiotics. However when asked how long my symptoms had gone on for , she said it was too long and to go to GP! Now ?. When you do get through to your GP , you have to wait two weeks probably for an appointment? GPs encourage you to use the chemists and walk in centres to ease their load. Yet in this situation, I was getting fibbed off to the GP again or the crippled , overwhelmed hospital!! What is happening and to top it off , having to deal with a rude, unsympathetic, pharmacist. Isn?t part of their role to be understanding and at least polite !! I won?t use this chemist again .

Order my anti seizure tablets the week before I ran out told they would be ready the following day managed to go to pick them up on the Saturday to be told my GP hadn't sent the prescription across they didn't bother to tell me that until I got to the pharmacy ! I had to go 2 dayswith some medication not complete .until I could get in touch with my GP

I'm surprised by how many people report poor experiences with the staff. I've found them nothing but courteous and polite. Sure there are times when you find yourself waiting occasionally but if you just say a "hello" then they will come over.
Something that could be improved is the layout. Because it's at the back of the shop, a queue of any size will begin to block the isles. Though I appreciate that it is something that is out of their hands.

Staff are rude and right no matter what. Had an experience where I complained as they had made an error, the staff thought I?d walked away but I turned back, to hear her calling me names and that I?m lying. I confronted the pharmacist who was red and apologetic and I went away.
Next time I had an issue, (which has been every time) staff were adamant about something which I had proof of from the doctors, they dismissed me and said if I?m not happy change pharmacies? the list could go on but honestly rude doesn?t even cover it!

Absolutely pathetic steer clear. Been with these for years and have had problems many times. Although the last 3 times I have had an order in for over a week went in to be confronted by we will have it done in 30 minutes. Have now sourced a much better pharmacy. GOOD RIDDANCE TESCO!!

Think maybe the staff need some training in customer services. Very rude and sarcastic and maybe shouldnt be working there if she is unable to talk to customers correctly

I went to go and collect an online prescription from the pharmacy, the tesco staff were friendly but the actual pharmacist was extremely rude, said she didn?t know how to process this sort of online prescription, turned her back and walked away! No apology or nothing.

Absolutely shocking. Never have prescription ready, never have items in stock . Never answer the phone and staff hide when you are at the counter.My doctor rang them about my prescription for 2 days solid and they didn't pick up the phoneThis is supposed to serve the community but they are a dreadful serviceI have changed to a new pharmacy and now have no problems with anything and the staff are amazingDon't know where they get the staff from in Tesco but need training on customer service and how to do a prescription
