10/10. Have been with Tennant Street since I was born, and cannot fault them at all. Staff are always so kind and so are the nurses and doctor. Of course it is hard to get through to them as all doctors are however once you are through, they deal with your enquiry efficiently with the upmost respect and friendliness. The online system is great and they are really quick with their responses online. They have dealt with all my requests and have not dismissed me at all when asking them multiple questions regarding my parents or myself or if I was to ever require something such as blood results they promptly emailed me them. Thank you very much, keep up the good work cannot recommend them enough ????

If I could rate 0 stars I really would. Appalling doctors surgery and even worse GPs.Where to start? They would never get prescriptions done on time, took hours to answer the phone and when they did they would make you feel like you have done something wrong to even call. They rush you off the phone and are rude.Lady GP there is belittling and hates bigger people, had an issue with my partner who suffers with tumours and depression, made her feel like she didn't even want to go to the doctors so her health deteriorated. The Dr pushed lots of tablets and wrong diagnoses before we finally found out she had undiagnosed pre diabetes and chronic kidney disease at 32, all things which could of been managed if given proper help instead of judgement, belittling and rudeness.Never go here if you want too get better.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to help me with an appointment. When I attended my appointment I was seen very promptly by a professional and friendly member of staff. Full mark's to Tennant Street Medical Centre

An excellent & very popular Doctor's Surgery. As per Surgeries nationwide, plan appointments well ahead of you can. Phone calls for appointments get seriously busy, but that's to be expected.

I love this surgery. The receptionists are so caring and helpful. Can?t fault the doctors and as someone with multiple health conditions, I feel I am usually taken seriously

Had an appointment with Vicky the urgent care practitioner she was absolutely brilliant I couldn't hear most of what she was saying to me because of my hearing but she was so kind and understanding even though I felt awful and stupid for getting upset I've seen her twice bow and both times I felt as though she went out of her way to help me even though I know it's her job so I just wanted to say thankyou again you all do a brilliant job

If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. One of the worst practices I have had to deal with as a patient. You have to spend an hour on the phone just to get through to speak to someone regardless of the time of day and then there are never any appointments. It has got to the point where I just cope with my ailments rather than calling the GP practice because it takes such a long time. Never any appointments available to book online either. The receptionists are always rude, stroppy, and unhelpful. No one who works there really cares about their patients.

Despite the NHS struggling I have NEVER had anything but helpful professional people care for me from this practiceThey really do careFrom the reception and telephone repeat prescription staffThe nurses are fantastic especially during covid and my GP Dr Bonavia has been amazingI?m sad to see he?s retiring but pleased for him tooI have complex medical needs and am now a constant wheelchair user but these people have made my medical needs much easier to deal with over the years
