horrendous car parking company fined for parking over the line won't visit there again

Horrendous parking restrictions, parking fine issued for being outside of the lines on a parent and child bay when the car next to me was encroaching into the space. Parent and child spaces are for the sole reason of leaving enough space to remove your children safely. The place is a complete joke

It is quite frustrating that Teesside Park only allows four hours of parking, after which a fine is imposed. As a single mother with a toddler, it is unrealistic to expect us to navigate the shops, utilize baby changing facilities, and enjoy dining options all within such a limited timeframe. This policy does not take into account the challenges faced by parents, making it difficult to have a stress-free shopping experience.

The car parking is an absolute joke, you queue an hour to get in traffic is horrendous. Not worth it at all. It?s quicker to drive to the Metro Centre.

been going to teeside park for years. I now have a parking ticket of £100 for parking over the white lines( car next to me already was so I fit in the space that was left).... was only there 1 hr.. I can honestly say that I won't return while these car park charge robbers manage there...I will take my money elsewhere in the area

Three times this week the queues to get on the park from the A66 from Stockton have been horrendous especially this afternoon when the que stretched back to the Thornaby interchange, this has nothing to do with the shortage of parking spaces but everything to do with the poor traffic management on the park.

A good selection of stores. The parking is much improved with one way systems, live updating information boards showing where spaces are and traffic management staff when very busy. The children's play areas are great for shopping-weary children too.

I arrived at ten fifteen on a Sunday morning to find out the shops open at ten thirty. Silly me but at least I got parked easy. Better selection of shops than in Middleborough. Getting there early is a good idea because the car park layout is terrible and gets clogged up.

Dreaded Xmas shopping trip, but actually not as busy as anticipated. Not been in a while so new car park layout is much better with one way lanes if us lovely people take note of them. Wide choice of stores as usual - looking forward to new stores arriving next year.

I'm giving this only 3 stars because of the awful traffic management.\\nIt's usually slow moving traffic getting into the main car parking\\nParking can be a pain at times.\\n\\nSometimes it is hard to see pedestrians about to cross from the shops to the car park.\\n\\nThey got rid of the canopies over most of the shops, so expect to get wet now when walking from shop to shop or to your car.\\n\\nDisabled parking.\\n\\nThere are public toilets in one corner of the site. They are clean and feel safe due to concierge/ reception staff being just outside them.\\nSome stores also have toilets for customer use.\\n\\nThere are busses here/ near the retail park now.\\n\\nA good selection of stores and eating establishments.

Starting to have a more "down market" feel to it. How long before we see the spaces filled with charity shops and book makers? This could be a great shopping park if they could attract better brands.

Why spend millions, complicating the parking, doing away with the original road layout, that worked perfectly. Now you need eyes in the back of your head to just leave the carpark to the retail shops. Where you now have to face all weather's because you now have no canopys around the shop fronts. That's progress for you. NOT.

Huge, so many handy stores in one place, toilets a bit far away if you're at one end of the retail park so could maybe do with another block of toilets at the other side but other than that very nice clean and plenty of choice for shops. And most importantly there's a greggs!

Haven?t been for a while but love what they?ve done with the shopping aspect of Teesside park. Parking is really easy with exact amount of spaces shown in the car park. Both the outside and inside of all shops explored were brilliantly clean. Great selection of retail stores all with a good amount of stock.

No parking problems.Plenty of popular shops.Unfortunately the area is not weather proof since the construction has had external roofing removed.
