Horrendous parking restrictions, parking fine issued for being outside of the lines on a parent and child bay when the car next to me was encroaching into the space. Parent and child spaces are for the sole reason of leaving enough space to remove your children safely. The place is a complete joke

It is quite frustrating that Teesside Park only allows four hours of parking, after which a fine is imposed. As a single mother with a toddler, it is unrealistic to expect us to navigate the shops, utilize baby changing facilities, and enjoy dining options all within such a limited timeframe.
