Overall I do like Superdrug for their fragrances as they are good prices but I don?t like this Superdrug.
Some members of staff are rude, they have a can?t be bothered attitude and they don?t know their own products like perfumes. I asked for the new Sabrina perfume and the woman was like we don?t have that even though they do I pointed it out.
The male workers in there are very annoying and some are very miserable also rude.
I bought a few fragrances from them before and I ask nicely for some samples even though I spent a bit of money in the shop and they were like we don?t have any bye that?s just so rude I did work in a Debenhams perfume department before and I don?t speak to customers like that.
Middlesbrough Superdrug/perfume shop is way better and nicer staff I had a Irish woman served me many times and she?s a very nice person and she gives me loads of samples even though I never asked.
Stockton Superdrug is a big no so I?d probably not go back there again I just order online.
Also the click and collect is a waste of time it took them nearly 2 weeks to message me saying it?s here

Well laid out, plenty of variety but primarily for women's products with very limited stock for men in general. Would have given 5 stars but no intimate wash products for men other than standard soap or shower gel.

Be careful of offer signs when you get to the till you are charged a higher price they then say oh we were just changing the signs that's not the offer! When you complain that its false advertising you get a very rude response well your not having them at that price do you want them or not"
