The young girl who helped me today deserves five stars! (Megan, I think) She was so friendly, patient and helpful. [Saturday, about 4:20ish pm on the makeup isle] ????
That being said, other staff members were rude near the tills and I don't think it is appropriate to shout at customers to move and then when they do tell them to go back.

I visited the teeside store today for a couple of essentials , and unfortunately I had quite an unpleasant experience due to isle obstructions . During my visit I tripped on one of the many beauty stands in the middle of the Isles , which at the time gave another shopper quite a shock aswell as myself . Completely appreciate it is a requirement for the stores to have promotional stands in place , however on higher foot fall days such as Saturday's this can make it very difficult to move around the store .
As a result of this I did not purchase my items today , and instead made my way over to boots . Please could the position of the pop up stands be more considered , as this could have been a child .

I recently returned a faulty bottle of perfume, to the store, unfortunately did not have my printed receipt they looked up when it had been purchased from there records with no problem. Very helpful and committed staff, great customer service from Dawn, thankyou.

Went here the other day - don?t usually go to Superdrug, they had excellent range of low cost drug store makeup brands, I liked that all of the brands where actually good quality (e.l.f, revolution, Barry m, maybelline etc) instead of low quality cheap brands u can get. They had a good range of stuff with all the current favs in. Only downside maybes is there were afew popular stuff out of stock in numerous brands- particularly light shades of powder, however I?m certain that that there will be nationwide shortage due to popularity.Store was clean and organised well. They have everything u basically need beauty and hair wise, good eyelash range including tatti lashes and tanning stuff. The only other critique is that it would be good if they had more testers available especially for lip liners and lipsticks. They had some for certain brands of lipsticks but no brand had testers for lip liners which is frustrating as u need to swatch them on ur skin to see if they match (the colors on outside packaging never match actual liner).I was helped out by a lovely lady, i didn?t catch her name but she had blonde hair and was trained on makeup and other departments. She was a godsend and helped me pick out a brilliant green primer from revolution which wouldn?t make me look washed out with my pale skin, she was knowledgeable on the products and had excellent customer service. The item she suggested is brilliant and has gained a lifelong wearer! I don?t know why I never come in here but from this visit I?ll shop in here more.

I visited this store on the 11th September 2022. I needed a full set of makeup for a wedding. I was helped by a lovely young lady as I don't have a clue about makeup. She was brilliant and told recommended lots of choices for me. However I'm going to have to make another visit as I didn't get any mascara or blush...

Me and my teenage daughter went in today for our noses pierced. My daughter actually fainted and Anna, the piercer was absolutely fantastic in how she dealt with the situation. She was calm, reassuring and just so kind, along with a couple of other members of staff who helped. Thanks guys ?

I would highly recommend the team at Superdrug Teesside Park for their ear piercing and overall service.
My daughter and her friend had their ears pierced today, we were all made to feel so welcome and very well looked after !!
