Highly impressed with Natalie Buxton's customer service! My experience purchasing a used car at Stoneacre Toyota Teesside was positive overall, thanks mainly to Natalie. She provided excellent customer service, with clear and concise communication. She was incredibly helpful and accommodated all my requirements, making the car buying process smooth and stress-free. Natalie is a fantastic asset to the team, and I'm very grateful for her assistance.Unfortunately, the experience was dampened by some inconsistent information I received from another Stoneacre Toyota Teesside staff. This conflicting information contradicted what Natalie had discussed with me, and the colleague even seemed to blame her inexperience. This was unprofessional and created unnecessary confusion. If it weren't for Natalie's commitment and exceptional service, I likely wouldn't have completed the purchase.So, if you're looking for excellent customer service, a high-quality car, and outstanding dealership support, then ask for Natalie at Stoneacre Toyota Teesside.I must also give a shoutout to Sheraz, who was also helpful, honest, and informative.Thank you both!

We decided that we wanted a Toyota BZ4X in pearl white and black as this car is really nice and the right choice for us. So we booked a test drive so we visited the Toyota stoneacre with my family, when we got there it was a warm and friendly environment. We got seen very quickly by Natalie Buxton she is a very friendly and talkative person. After going for a test drive with my family we decided we wanted the toyota BZ4X car So Natalie helped us through the application, and we got our car within 3 months, and the car arrived on the given time.I am so delighted to receive the Toyota BZ4X in pearl white, black. Thank you very much toNatalie Buxton for helping us all way through the application and keeping in touch with us. I would also thank Emily Fox for the handover and for communicating very well with us and being very friendly with us. We really enjoy our Toyota BZ4X. It's a perfect car for me and my family and everyone loves the colour and design of the car wherever we go. I would recommend Toyota stoneacre as they are very friendly and they communicate very well. This is the reason why I would give 5 stars to them.

I bought my Audi and had it serviced here too, no complaints at all. The showroom/ reception area is gorgeous. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I spoke to a lovely young Gentleman about donations they are providing to local foodbanks and as I am a volunteer at one I thought it was amazing. Well done Stoneacre!

Very disappointed with this dealership sales person Byron Dawson was very helpful till purchased and collected vehicle after collecting the vehicle two days after when getting catholic converter protection fitted was told under vehicle was really rusty had lot of (corrosion) emailed Byron straight away got answer back from him 1 week later that it was getting investigated and advised to take to local dealership after contacting local dealership they advised I had to take where I purchased the vehicle which is 250 miles away so I emailed back Byron with what dealership advised me and forwarded him all the pictures that was taken while car was on ramp also before purchasing the car I was advised the vehicle was fully checked by there service team if the vehicle was fully checked and had service done I am sure there was aware of this problem but still sold me the vehicle knowing all this. The vehicle had full service done by then selfs the vehicle only has 28,000 miles 45 month old vehicle very unusual this much rust under vehicle in time it?s probably gonna get worst I manage to book the vehicle in with my local dealership to check the vehicle and quote me of how much it will cost to get fixed or if warranty will cover it been 2 weeks now I haven?t heard back anything from Byron so I contacted the dealership today spoke with Beth the manager she advised me she was not aware of anything so had to forward all the picture to her and she called me back advised there?s nothing they can do I have to wait for my local dealership to check the car and I have to deal with Toyota headquarters directly I think after spending lot of money and purchasing vehicle from main dealer and having to go through this much stress is not right avoid this dealership there after sales service is terrible.Once my local Toyota dealership checks this matter and if I have to pay to resolve this matter I will be taking legal advise and will also be contacting the local ombudsman
