Recently taken my car here for some repair work. Initially the fault on the car started with some warning lights on the dashboard and when I went to set off to Sterling I realised the car was undriveable due to a broken spring. I ended up getting the car transported over to them, arriving around midday and with much more work needed than was booked in. The staff were fantastically accommodating and assured me any additional repairs or issues would be taken care of. By the next evening the car was repaired for the initial fault, had the suspension repaired and a full engine service. I was highly impressed by the quick turnaround and the communication from the staff was excellent. 10/10 would recommend Sterling Services for any BMW owner that wants a dealer quality level of workmanship without the steep dealer prices.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Great independent BMW/Mini specialists, friendly, efficient staff. Reasonable price for service1 on MINI R53 , good communication regarding extra work required. We have been using Sterling Services for over 4 years, never any issues, always happy with the work done.

At last, 15 years too late but think I?ve been recommended a BMW specialist that can be trusted. Only a brake fluid service and MOT but service was faultless. These guys were professional and efficient, windscreen wipers replaced to pass mot without drama ?. all work completed and enough left for a g&t or two.Thank you to Preston Body shop for pointing me in the right direction, I?ve had some horrendous dealings with main dealers but never again.Thank you Sterling Services, you live up to your name xxPS thanks for sorting 12v problem ?Service: Brakes

Took my 1 series coupe in as it needed a few jobs doing, traction control, abs fault, front shocks and rear discs n calipers, very professional, friendly staff and work was carried out to high standard, great bmw specialist garage ?

Car booked in at 8.30am for diagnosis of shudder when braking. Went to collect at 2.45pm. Mechanic said he?d not even looked at the car yet! However, reception said it?s a problem with the callipers and suggested I book the car in for repairs! They ?must? be good to diagnose a problem without even looking at the car! Lol. Have used Sterling for a number of years now for both my 3 series and formerly my partners 1 series. Never had any problems, always able to diagnose and repair/replace appropriately and very fairly priced. Never any further Faults once they have looked at the car. I always take my x3 to these guys and also my wife?s mini. They are top notch and I wouldn?t go anywhere else. Completely trustworthy and work is exceptional and they only do what is needed.
