Picked a pair of sadles for my holiday the guy in the shop got them for me so took them to the till and paid for them, however when I got home and took them out of the box to put in my suitcase there were the wrong colour.I jumped straight in my car and took them back only to find that there never had the colour I wanted so I asked for a refund as i did not like the colour they gave me but was only offered a credit note they will not refund the money back to my card. That's there policy they said so if you buy from them and you need to take back you only get a credit note,beware of this when shopping with this retailer as you have to pay for there mistakes.I will never shop at this shop ever again I will go where my custom is valued.

The service in that place is terrible all the staff are rude and ignorant and are all lazy they can?t even do their jobs right. They need a right smack and get into the right mind set and actually be helpful

I'd honestly prefer to share a chalet with Jimmy Saville at pontins during the 80's then return to this hell fest of a store. I've managed to avoid sports direct for about 20 years but unfortunately had to return some Christmas gifts.Staff aren't bothered. Pointless asking them anything. Would rather chat to each other.Avoid

Staff could of been a bit more helpful. Wanted a pair of wide fitting football boots and was told by a member of staff that they are all the same. Through trying several of the display pairs on, we found a pair suitable.

Got some bargains today. Great deals on 3 Under Armour items. Saved about £90 in total.Went to pay and thought I was getting a track suit top for £33. Natalie the young lady who served me told me that it should actually be the two piece suit. She went back into the store and brought me the bottoms which must have fallen down off the hanger. I had seen her early sorting out clothing so she obviously knows the stock very well. I just wanted to say thanks again as she really was excellent. Great work Natalie ???

Staff are so rude, when asking for something or advice they wouldn?t even look at me and had an attitude. When we was waiting at the till we had to repeat ourself all the time and was faced with a moody face and didn?t apologise for the wait or even explain we had to wait and started doing other jobs while we waited. Staff need telling about manners and how to act around customers. Shocking!
