The new iPad system is awful. Went in to collect my item. Stood for about 5 mins whilst the staff chatted, only then to be told I need to use the iPad to say I'm here to to collect it. Whatever happened to good old customer service

My experience of this shop is generally good, with helpful staff, but not today as i was unfortunate to be served by a young woman whom was quite rude whilst i was enquiring why the item I had ordered had still not arrived for collection.

I called to Screwfix as I was unsure about using my drill, the guy's Karl and Arron not only showed me how to deal with it but also saved me from buying anything.... Fabulous!!!

Mine wasn't a straight forward purchase, I needed someone with a strong mechanical knowledge, and they guy I got "Joe" didn't really have it so he went and got the information he needed, he kept coming back to me to let me know what was happening keeping me well informed, in the end he solved my complicated request, well done Joe, went above and beyond without losing his focus or temper with me which is some achievement so my wife tells me!

Fast, efficient, click and collect service.Ordered and paid on line, 10 mins later email from shop telling me order ready for collection.Easy shopping, great selection of products, great prices what more could I say.

Ordered online on Saturday, 3 items, 1 in stock local, collected Sunday and enquired as to rest of order. Wednesday went to store as still no txt to say order ready, 1 further item had arrived but the 3rd they could not locate or give a time frame. Very poor when 24-48 hrs was stated on Web, when business try to plan jobs round these times. The store offered me the option refund and re-order product to keep their failed order stats down.
