The new iPad system is awful. Went in to collect my item. Stood for about 5 mins whilst the staff chatted, only then to be told I need to use the iPad to say I'm here to to collect it. Whatever happened to good old customer service

My experience of this shop is generally good, with helpful staff, but not today as i was unfortunate to be served by a young woman whom was quite rude whilst i was enquiring why the item I had ordered had still not arrived for collection.

Mine wasn't a straight forward purchase, I needed someone with a strong mechanical knowledge, and they guy I got "Joe" didn't really have it so he went and got the information he needed, he kept coming back to me to let me know what was happening keeping me well informed, in the end he solved my complicated request, well done Joe, went above and beyond without losing his focus or temper with me which is some achievement so my wife tells me!
