Second time I have made a purchase and second time in a row my delivery is going to be 3 days later than stated. Ordered and the 27th of May supposed to arrive today, but no. It?s now going to be the 2nd of June. I?ve received items from France quicker than this. 6 DAYS?

Amazing experience at Schuh Teesside yesterday, upon arrival we were greeted by Katelyn, who immediately made my 2 year old son feel welcome and asked him if he wanted a sticker, I then told her than I had an order to collect for my son, her colleague overheard (I assume she was Katelyn?s supervisor) and arranged for the shoes to be brought out; I was also informed of the promotion that they had on for 15% off on any full price shoes, when collecting an order, so I got some Birkenstocks for my partner. They continued to make a fuss of my son for the entirety of our time in there and they gave him more stickers. I regretfully didn?t get the name of all of the staff who helped, but they were so helpful and made my son feel so special, I will definitely be going back there for my sons next pair of shoes.

Called in for 1 Christmas present ended up buying 3, staff were great and very helpful ordered one item for delivery into store following day, the whole was very good

Came in today with my son who?s autistic, the guy at the front of the store (think he was the manager) came straight to us, asking if we needed the music turned off, he got us a quiet area and got us a member of staff to measure his feet. A lady called Ruby came over and she was absolutely amazing.
My little boy didn?t want to go first so she measured my daughter?s feet first. Ruby was so calm and professional with both my children, even when my little boy started to stim she waited for him to stop before continuing to speak to him. she?s an absolute credit to the store.
Massive thank you & well done to the whole team, if only more store could be schuh @ Teesside Park.

Great experience on Friday night by the gents but eventually seen a young lady who fitted my 2 daughters up with some shoes. My oldest daughter was obsessed with laces as she has just learnt to tie, the young lady working there checked all of the shoes in her size until we found the perfect pair. I also loved their exclusive converse range for my little girl aged 2 but the shoes didn?t fit the way they should so walked out with some vans instead. I was not mis sold and both girls left happy. I wish I could give this staff member the credit she deserves, (young lady) light brown hair tied up working Friday night of the 26th of April she will remember us as she spent her time to check my daughter had definitely left with her George teddy from peppa pig. Thank you
