I have noticed since being at my secondary school that the women are very patronising towards young school/college students. Being told to wait outside and line up before we can enter the store and if we weren?t buying we had to ?get out?. As I am now a college student I have noticed no changes in the behaviour and attitude toward me and my friends when we are giving money to the shop. I find this impeccably rude towards me and younger people who are buying from the store and I now feel it needs to be dealt with immediately as it makes people feel like they do not want to enter the shop due to these issues. I feel like the women who are working here tie all teenagers with the same brush, treating us like criminals.

Pretty good shop, always a good place to run if we're out of bread. Parking's alright and the gas pumps are helpful

Hi I have just been on Stockton-on-Tees Alert and got involved in conversation about a disabled driver complaining that he was asked to show his blue badge to a security guard at Sainsbury Whitehouse farm Stockton on Tees. He was sitting in a disabled bay while his able bodied partner went shopping. This is against the rules and although a lot of people are complaining about the attendant I want to say, as a disabled person I praise what he did. No one parked correctly should worry about showing their badge. If you need to reply to any of the complainers the website gov.uk blue badge booklet which he will have got with his badge states it's against the rules to use a disabled bay while the disabled person sits in the car and the able bodied person shops. Please tell the attendant a lot of people praised his actions.

I like Sainsbury's generally, and this shop has it all. A good fishmonger, a good butcher, great deli, and good bakers. Lots of parking and helpful staff.

Only 1 till on and people waiting for self checkout, its getting ridiculous as alot of elderly people are not comfortable using self check out. Dread to think how long it takes during a busy period.

I only went in for one item, so I didn't pick up a basket but ended up with more to carry, got to the checkout, and placed my items down when I noticed that I had blood one my hand and the packet of liver I had picked up was leaking, I asked for some assistance to help clear it up, the assistant then said it must have came from another liver pack but I showed her the pack I had was the one that the blood was leaking from, then noticed it was on my white t shirt, i suggested that it should just wash out the assistant then said if it doesn't pop back in and see the manager, as I walked back to my car I noticed more blood was on my over shirt, so I decided to go back in and fill an incident report, to which I was told they don't have one, so I asked to see a manager, who then told me to go home and wash the items and if the blood doesn't come off, to return to the store with the items and a receipt of purchase as I had told him that they were new items, I asked for his name incase I did return, he said my names Peter as I went to give him mine he cut me off saying don't need your full name your first will do, again I walked back to my car but my head was busting with the the attitude that I got,
No I'm sorry that this has happened, and this was your item that leaked over my clothing, and I had to take in a receipt with the clothing if said blood didn't come out, I went back into the store and asked to see the manager again, I told him I wasn't happy and that I hadn't even got a apology,to which he replied what do you want? He hadn't listened to me and just wanted to brush me off, I'm sorry this has happened to you would have sufficed. Their is no way that I will be returning to the store, so I said the price of the items, he walked away and served another customer while telling the checkout lady to pay me, again no sorry
