Waited for a parcel for a few days, I rearranged the delivery date, but wasn't adhered to. The manager 'went out of his way' to find my parcel when the collection office should have been closed.. The opening times need to be re organised to open longer!!

The access and parking is really poor. You need a car to get there to pick up parcels and the entrance is on a back road. There used to be a customer car park but it is closed so you have to try and find a space on the road which causes lots of blind spots due to double parking. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Shambolic service.I had no calling card through my door yesterday to say delivery was attempted.I did receive an email from Amazon to say that Royal Mail had attempted delivery.Waited the next day (today) to collect my parcel.As I had no calling card I took my driver?s license and email from amazon with the tracking number.Upon arrival after confirming my address with the member of staff I was informed that my parcel was with them but I couldn?t have it as I had no card or email from Royal Mail to say I could collect my parcel (I had received no such email).All they could do was re arrange delivery.I explained the driver did not leave a card and surely as I have identification that should be sufficient.Despite my email and drivers license as proof I was not given my parcel.I?m not ashamed to admit I walked out there and then.This new security measure baffles me as it only penalises customers who have incompetent delivery drivers that don?t leave a calling card.

As I have paid to send mail at the Royal Mail depot twice before I took my parcel to Royal Mail depot only to be told they have never took payment before? Hang on a minute I've sent 2 parcels and paid for them before? She started having a go at me just because I stated I have paid before.... she went to get the manager ? wow, really Royal Mail......

Decent opening hours, can get busy at peak times but overall ?
