Just been to buy some shoes , all hangers the wrong size for the shoe. Went to check out and picked a 5 on the tag that was actually a size 7. The till lady made me go all the way back and replace my shoes to the right size no customer service help what so ever. Aw and I don?t have a receipt because she?s inputted it incorrectly

Now I came to the teeside Riverisland for shopping, I liked 3 sets of suit, but the salesperson was very rude. The lady was very cocky and looked down on people and was not helpful at all. It made me so angry that I stopped buying it.

Extremely rude staff in here. Older lady. Asked for my email for the receipt. I didn?t want to give my email and they said I couldn?t have a paper receipt. Said that I should already know this very condescending and not helpful at all. Wouldn?t shop in here again.

I shopped in River Island Teesside park today (Thursday 11 January) and as I was in the queue to be served, a younger member of staff was being berated by another woman whom I'm assuming must have been a manager She did this in front of a queue of customers and other staff members. Totally unprofessional in my opinion, it was embarrassing. If you are going to shout at a colleague do this away from the tills at least! I don't like shop staff being spoken to like this and I am going to contact their head office too. Such a shame because I love this shop, I regularly shop here and so do my family especially my sons.

Love river island only 3 stars because I turned up at 8am on a saturday like the website says but it opens at 9am. A sorry for in inconvenience would've been nice instead of the head shake and "No 9"

Lovely friendly helpful staff at teeside Park store when buying a jacket today. I rang later today to sort out different size with Elisha and arrange to change at mbro store. She was very friendly and polite as was the girl at mbro store, putting aside a jacket to swap . Made things so easy for me. Thankyou

Absolutely love our new styled River Island. So well thought out with the tablets in the changing rooms. It gives you the price and size of everything you take in, plus you can request other sizes. All without having to get out of the changing room...?? store assistants are always so very approachable too. I love shopping here! ?
