Called in today to look at the shoes, had to stand there and but in for two of them to notice me as they were busy talking, one eventually answered me but didnt come over or pay any interest, i asked for a half size she just said we don't do half sizes, I pointed out on the shoe it said they do she said that's online then carried on her other conversation. If the shop closes, they will probably wonder why. Staff are the opposite at teesside park they are all very helpful and are a 10/10.

Staff was really snooty. I came in through the door on my lunch break excited to treat myself and two of the staff were standing there (greeters I suppose) but they didn?t say a word to me and just turned their faces like I wasn?t welcomed in the store. Minutes later other customers came through and they greeted them cheerfully. I don?t like to throw the race card around but the only difference between me and these other customers is race. I will not be back at this shop ever again. Change your attitudes! You work in customer service!

The clothes seem to be lacking in quality although they are cheerful but not cheap. Too brash for my tastes. Not quite hitting the mark.
