We were greeted by an excellent member of staff that I wish now I had got the name of. They were very knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction concerning oxygenating pond plants.
Despite us visiting rather out of season, we were shown a selection of pond plants and even given a chance to give some of the struggling plants a good home.
I'm glad we visitited here first; we got great advice, some absolute bargains and the staff were great. Would recommend

found this place by chance while we were in the area. we have gone all over looking for a certain light for our fishtank that No1 else had on the shelves. can't believe the variety of stuff they have available. everything you possibly need and the prices shocked me. cheaper than online. I went on for a fluval 4.0 light and came out with an armful of stuff. the lad serving was very helpful and friendly. will be our go to shop in future

Solid pet shop doesn't beat online stores same as every other retail store on the highstreet but solidly in the top 5 in the north east id say - highlights are pond plants and pond equipment

No responsibility to the customer when selling a faulty product clip. Refused to replace a cheap part and happily quoted small print on the guarantee to avoid any responsibility. Poor service.

I keep having to come back because there pipes don't fit the hose tail pipe to which they supply both. Cost more keep coming back. About time they starting giving customers correct materials so we don't have to keep coming back to the shop.

Visited the shop for the first time today after a recommendation from a friend, also in the hobby. Shop is clean and tidy and set up great. Had a good level of stock for Aquariums especially hard scaping. Prices were a LOT cheaper than other LFS's in the area. Staff are really helpful and patient. My new go to LFS.
