gave a 1 because I couldn't give zero, almost rang to ask if they were running out of food based on the tiny portion of chips and garlic they gave us, wouldn't of fed a child.

First time ordering. Delivery was running late but can't moan at this time of the year. They're busy so it's expected! Food arrived and it was cold but I ordered for later tonight so will reheat anyway. The standard of the food, taste, amount etc was really nice. Very tasty. I will try again at a later date to see if delivery is any quicker.

I ordered pizza with Pamo today, and it turned out to be delicious. The texture was spot-on, and the garlic sauce had a unique touch that made it stand out. Overall, it's definitely worth trying and a fun experience with great food!

Received a delivery tonight. Order came in good time. Food was very nice, cooked well and was not over cooked. The beetroot in the salad boxes was nice to see. Delivery driver came to the door, was polite. Will be ordering again.

Ordered online, totally wrong order delivered. Tried to ring about it, they hung up on me. Took the wrong order back and whilst waiting for correct order, someone else came in to complain about their order. WON?T BE GOING HERE AGAIN!

Food was absolutely incredible. The new owners are really nice and all the staff are very polite and friendly and handsome. It's very clean and the food always comes QUICKLY. One of the best takeaways I've been to in the country, can't recommend enough. The food was pizzalicious.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone is fully clothed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of ramps.

Had issues before with food from here. But tried again as they sorted problem and put down to a 1 off as used alot before. Food was again cold our bbq pizza clearly had tomatoes sauce on. Contacted food hub And they refused to acknowledge us. My partner hates tomoates hence ordering bbq. Its almost as if they started making tomatoe and stuck bbq on top. Chips freezing.do not use

Ordered over the phone today. The food came within a reasonable time HOWEVER it was stone cold. My pizza was thick with greasy cheese and hardly any tomato base. The driver took his own change and walked off before I could count it. I rang the shop to complain. I was told the food went from oven straight to me.... for him to say it went to wynyard first and that may be why it's cold. I told him about the driver and he said he would ring back once driver was back in shop.... he rang back and told me he spoke to driver and he was shouting in background 'I only took £1' I explained I normally give a tip but found it rude he took his own. His explanation was that the drivers don't normally carry change so they just keep money. He said he would speak to driver and ring me to return money..... I'm still waiting over an hour later. Will not be using this place again or recommending. Place has gone downhill since the place got taken over

Rude horrible people who work there, my daughter orded food for delivery, they sent it to the wrong address and wouldn't resolve the issue, took payment and wouldn't issue a refund.
