2 months in a row the my wife?s medication hasn?t been ready, they blamed the doctors but when the doctors were called they assured us they have been sent up - 2 and a half weeks later, they still haven?t done it. Been given a barcode to get the medication which now can?t be used because their system is down. Waste of time.

Kind and caring staff. Answered the phone quickly whenever I call and staff were so kind checking the number of tablets they had of my medication as stock is really tight everywhere at the moment. Really appreciate how much time and effort they put in! Thank you!

Went in store today (7/09/2020) as I was suffering from a hypoglycemic episode staff were great they opened a box of glucose from the shelf made me a drink to boost my BS back to normal levels then gave me the remaining box of glucose a staff member then escorted me back to my car to ensure I was alright thank you very much Pharmacy Express

i was assured twice today that they would get me some insulin delivered. I haven't had this promise fulfilled. My first visit was in person this morning and was told it would be sent out. I called them back at around half 4 and was told the same. ??

Always had brilliant service whether itâ??s been for myself or my children! Always have everything in stock unlike other local pharmacies who quite regularly â??run outâ?? of popular meds such as antibiotics. My young disabled son has a repeat prescription with this pharmacy and the prescription is always ready and completed on time. Staff are all friendly and willing to help and advise when needed. Also got a few of my family to move their repeat prescriptions to this pharmacy because of their service and efficiency.

Happy shop to be in, lovely staff! Very spacious store suitable for the wheelchair customers and plenty of well priced stock. Offer plenty of varied services which helps people who are unable to make it into store. Also free delivery service!

Really happy with the services they offer, as this helps my dad who is not able to leave the house. he is able to contact the pharmacy if he requires a FREE delivery. They also order his medication for him without fuss.
