Thought I was paying £12 for four £3 dog toys. Ended up being £17. Still worth the money.

Great pet shop. I've only encountered good service. Wide range of products. My dog loves going in. If they don't have a product in I do click and collect which is very efficient.

I love Pets at Home, but on some products can be too expensive. I enjoyed getting a few treats for my son 2 dogs for their 2nd birthday. I always treat the girls.
I got a cut toy and hairball treats for my cats.
Customer service spot on.
All cost just over £38 which wasn't too bad.
Not mut on animals to buy, a lizard and rats, & of course fish.
Quite a small car park.

I wish pet stores would keep prescription dog food. Even if it's only small amounts until an online delivery can be sourced.

I went to this store yesterday with my autistic daughter she was crying and a bit upset tho I had to go in store with my partner as we buy our larger pet food items here for our dogs. Walked in manager was looking me up and down didn't even say hello then another girl that works there is stood as if my daughter was a inconvenience for her shouldn't be in their jobs if they can't have customer service shocking il be going somewhere else for my dogs food now will never return to this store.
