Of late,the local store, supposedly open 7am till 10pm is closed more often than open due to staff shortages, why not just shut the store,save messing people about.

Lacking customer service. The lady who served me was extremely rude! Every time I've visited this shop this seems to be the case.
I will not be using this shop again! Maybe the staff could do with some training on how to be polite and smile.

I wondered why a shop such as this should receive such bad reviews. Now I know. I've always found the staff to be miserable and unhelpful but figured I might be if I was in the same job but today was ridiculous. Lad behind the counter playing on his phone and didn't even look up. I asked for the Evri returns machine, he pointed to it and said well that's if it's working. It wasn't. It said no Internet connection, I reported that to him. An easy fix surely? No. It's been like that ages. So what am I supposed to do? Come back another day apparently. To find it not working again, and that I've wasted my time again? Nope, I'll never use this shop again. Management, sort it out!!

Where do I start?
Firstly the staff at this branch seem to find spending all of their time either stood out the front smoking or using their phones and ignoring customers
Secondly, the staff bully customers, take photos of them behind their backs and laugh about them which is extremely unprofessional and has been reported to higher ups
Thirdly, absolutely no reliability for local people needing shopping, the store spends most of its time closed as a few members of staff simply can't be bothered to actually turn up
Lastly, cold chain is frequently broken on frozen foods, leading to them being defrosted before being put into the freezers, most of the stock is out of date on the shelves and there is a serious rodent problem
Absolutely the worst branch of One Stop out there

I can't fault the staff at this branch of One Stop. I use a lot for collecting parcels. Everyone of the staff has always been very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.

Real attitude problem amongst members of the staff here, clueless store manager and it's a complete free for all, store is badly stocked, badly presented and staff members just spend all their time on their phones
It feels very unwelcoming, nothing is done about anything and it seems to be getting worse and worse

Rude staff !! , young man with blonde hair serving at the counter has a attitude problem , hes never in uniform either and just stands there playing on his phone even with customers waiting this was on Wednesday 27th September 2023 .. becoming a joke this place

Very bad service here. Our Just Eat order was missing several items (we only ordered 8 items). The shop's response? Take it up with Just Eat. The staff pack the order, then seal the bag. Clearly someone is up to something there. Terrible.
